My name is Siobhan & I am the person behind Vintage Mosaic Boutique. I am a stay at home mum of a lovely 7yo young man who keeps me on my toes to say the least! We live down in Melbourne Australia and just love it here. In my spare time I love to create mosaics inspired by yesterdays old world charm using vintage china. I find a lot of vintage china on our travels to antique markets and they mostly seem to be pink roses which always looks very sweet placed into mosaics.
I have designed a large range of items from bird baths, tables, chairs, lazy susans, bird houses, photo frames, jewellery boxes, coat racks, christmas decorations and the list goes on! If there is something special that you have in mind you can always contact us in regards to a special order that can be listed just for you.
I search high and low to find the prettiest vintage china available. All my pieces come to you handmade & designed by me, I hand cut all my china on my own which takes a lot of time & cuts to my fingers. I do try my best to keep my mosaics flat but when working with China sometimes it can be a little hard to do, so when needed my china is grinded back with a little help from my husband. I do not substitute my china with cheap imitation ceramics. Only the best of fine bone china is used on all pieces.
